Consignors
Here’s a great way to recycle your new or nearly new children’s items and make some money at the same time. You don’t even have to be present at the sale (although we hope you’ll want to be). Just tag all your items at home, drop them off a day or two before the sale starts & we will do the rest.
Becoming a consignor with Going Going Gone is as easy as 1,2,3!
1. Clean out your children's closet, your basement and your attic and gather together
items you are interested in selling. Inspect them for condition and check them against our list of items we are accepting.
2. Log In to the Consignor Portal below and register for the sale. You'll be asked to
read and accept our Consignor Agreement. Enter a description and price and tag your items a little at a time or all in one sitting. It’s fun and easy to do! You choose the price and we do the selling. Consider Volunteering at the Sale so you can shop our VIP Preview Sale and get the first choice of the items. Schedule a Drop Off Appointment to bring us your items. Plan to spend about 30-45 minutes at your scheduled Drop Off Appointment.
3. Watch your items sell from the comfort of your home computer. We use the most
state-of-the-art consignment software so you’ll be able to check your earnings in real time as each item sells. At the end of the Sale, you can either donate the unsold items to a wonderful Charity or pick up your items at the specified Pick Up time. All items not picked up by the final pick up time will be donated to Charity. No exceptions. Finally, you will receive your check quickly for 70% of the sales price of each item less the $6 Sale Participation Fee. Volunteers who work 12 or more hours at the sale will receive 75% of their sales less the $6 Fee. We are happy to provide you with a Donation Receipt for tax purposes if you choose to donate your items that don’t sell.

Volunteers
Going Going Gone Consignments relies on its volunteers for a fun and successful sale. As our sale events grow, so does the need for quality volunteers. Volunteering is a fun and rewarding experience with many added benefits.
All volunteers who work one 4-hour volunteer shift will be eligible to attend the VIP Private Preview Sale. Enjoy less crowded shopping, lighter checkout lines, and get first pick of the bargains!
As a volunteer you will be helping to check in products, arranging products on the sales floor, sorting clothing, greeting customers, etc. The work is fun and busy -- your shift will fly by before you know it.
Anyone can volunteer --Moms, Dads, Grandparents, friends. We especially need male volunteers during set-up and tear down, as there will be some heavy lifting.
Volunteers will receive a shopping pass to our Private Preview Sale.
Strollers are not allowed during the pre-sale. Please bring a mesh tote bag or a laundry basket with a rope handle to make your shopping experience easier.
Consignors who volunteer for at least three 4-hour shifts will get an extra 5 percent back on their total sales (75% instead of 70%).
Volunteer Registration - Sign up for work shifts.
Volunteer Schedule - Available work shifts.

Shoppers
- The earlier you shop, the better your selection. Therefore, it is to your great advantage to volunteer and earn early shopping privileges at our VIP Preview Sale. Click here for our Volunteering information.
- Attention: Bargain Hunters! Shop Sunday for the best bargains! Most items will be Half Price on Sunday.
- Inspect your purchases carefully as all sales are final. We will screen all merchandise as it comes in, but allow for human error and carefully check your items before you buy.
- Bring a laundry basket, small cart, or a large shopping bag to carry all the items you are going to be buying. If you get something you can drag or pull then your hands will be free for easier shopping. Tie a belt or a rope to your laundry basket and you can just drag it around. We will also have mesh shopping bags for your convenience at the sale.
- Bring your children's measurements as you will not be able to try on the clothing or shoes at the sale. Here is a great suggestion we found on buying nearly new shoes: have your kids step on a piece of cardboard. Draw around their feet and cut it out. Voila! You have a way to make sure that the shoes you are buying will fit them.
- If at all possible – make other plans for the kids. Swap out babysitting with another mom. You'll be doing a lot of browsing, and many times the toys are just too much of a temptation for little people. You will find more great items and deals if you are shopping by yourself.
- We accept payment including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners and Debit Cards. We will not be accepting checks.
- By state law, Going Going Gone Consignments must collect sales tax in most circumstances.
